Consulting right from the outset

Before we start working on a component, we want to know more about where this component is used and what needs to be done. What should be taken into account? With this in mind, we first of all advise on the most suitable processing procedures and surfaces. Each item is individually assessed and then refined with features geared to the product. Using our central system, we guide the entire production process from the enquiry to delivery, and are happy to update you on the order status at any stage.

Pre- and after-treatment

Surface treatment for the perfect results

Optimal surfacing results do not just rely on a flawless electroplating process; pre- and after-treatment are important factors too. For this reason, we offer preliminary cleansing of products in our own PER cleaning plant. Working closely with trusted partners, we then carry out any further processing stages, such as grinding, brushing and polishing.


Electroplating in rack and barrel plant

According to component requirements, surface finishing is performed either as a rack or barrel product. Our fully automatic plants complete surfacing thanks to an automated planning process. Data is calculated with respect to the specific article and so can be displayed to a consistent, reproduceable quality.

Checking and packing 

Inspection before delivery

After the processes of surface refinement and after-treatment are complete, our colleagues inspect each component with respect to quality requirements. We can, on request, provide fitting of components and the final labelling. Packing is then performed individually or in assorted lots, as agreed.


Flexible storage and delivery

Components are assigned to our warehouse as soon as they have been processed fully and then packed. They will then either be picked up or delivered by our partners, as agreed. We also offer interim storage in our consignment warehouse as an additional service.
